- 1 year of Construction experience (Preferred);
- Basic hand tools (Preferred)
Job Experience in one or more of the following area/s:
- Sheet rock (ability to tape and bed)
- Framing
- Tile Installation
- Mud work (ability to texture)
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Floor Installation (vinyl plank, laminate, etc.)
- Cabinet (fabrication and/or installation)
- Trim work
- Commercial job experience
