- 1 year of Construction experience (preferred);
- Vehicle / reliable transportation to and from various locations (Required)
- Willingness to learn (Required)
- Basic hand tools (preferred)
- Dependability (Required)
Job Experience in the following area/s: (not required but preferred)
- Sheet rock (including ability to tape, bed and texture)
- Framing
- Tile Installation
- Mud work
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Floor Installation (vinyl plank, laminate, etc.)
- Cabinet (fabrication, installation)
- Trim work
- Commercial job experience
